What a long strange trip it’s been!
Grew up in Pittsburgh in the 1950’s
Studied Civil Engineering at Carnegie Tech
Did graduate work in Industrial Administration at Carnegie Tech where I learned computer programming
Worked as a programmer in Washington DC, then Manhattan, and then Cambridge, MA
Retired at 28 to explore alternative lifestyles, traveling and taking photos
Worked at the Woodstock Festival and the Rolling Stones concert at Altamont
Lived in a communal setting in an estate on the western shore of Lake Champlain
Hung out with two dogs in a cabin in the Adirondacks, doing freelance photography
Returned to the Boston area and did computer consulting
Met and married Marcia and relocated to Vermont, settling in Richmond where we raised two wonderful children, Bess and Aaron
Worked as a software developer for several small Vermont-based consulting firms
And then, the best job of all of my many careers: tutoring high school students in math and science
Shazam! I was an educator!

On to the next act: Revisiting my almost 60 years worth of images
